If walls could talk,
They’d tell us tales
Built from the last nine years:
Of how we walked,
And all our prayers,
The laughter and the tears.
If walls could talk,
They would spin stories,
That make us gag and reel,
Each door once locked,
The secrets gleaned
Each lone moment we would steal.
If walls could talk
When stuff is gone
And new smells fill the air,
The doors would knock,
Memories go on,
Each thing that happened there.
